Cloudways does not provide such a custom email. But I use their Rackspace addon that gets you a custom email for $1/month.
You should consider this when choosing a hosting service if you need the custom email included.
Personally, I don’t think this is critical when choosing a hosting service. That’s why I use Cloudways and get the custom email created separately.
Get a custom email from Google Workspace

You can get a free custom email from Zoho Mail that works for a small business.
The drawback I found with this email is that I can’t use tools like Outlook or Gmail to get those emails. I have to use the Zoho webmail to check the emails.
